I've recently had a tonne of trouble with the optus store here in hervey bay with my galaxy S, I've been waiting 2 months now for my headset to get sent to insurance and sent back, how's this, when I called up optus and FINALLY got it fixed they also put it down to the Optus store in Hervey bay screwing me around!
