$10 Well Spent in the Wet

Windsheild Wipers

As most know, South East Queensland is being blessed with tonnes of rain, with up to 3 more weeks expected of it. Most people are grateful for the rain, however, also being the Christmas holidays the roads are twice as busy it makes driving on the road more dangerous.

Last week I was looking at Super Cheap Auto and saw Windshield wiper refills for only $10, so I grabbed a pair. There was nothing directly wrong with my last one, until I saw how good a new set were!! I’m now driving, and seeing where I’m driving a lot easier in the heavy rain we’re having.

Definitely a good investment if you’re driving in wet weather, and seeing what’s in front of you is hard to see.

  2. Ben,
If I read your post correctly, prior to getting new wiper blades you could not see where you were going!! Sorry to say Ben, the roads aren’t dangerous, it’s the dills behind the wheel.

  3. Jon,
Thanks again for your comments - and proving once again, that I can’t write things that can be taken more than one way.

I Could see, my car is only a few years old, so the original ones were still fine - and I could still see perfectly clear where I was going - however, the new ones are just so much clearer, not leaving a bead of water on there…

And Yes- I agree, the road isn’t dangerous, its the idiots that are driving on there
