Whats on the Radio at Zinc96

I’ve never really enjoyed my local radio station’s morning show. Neither are my cup of tea, one is for the oldies (real oldies) and the other station is.. well I don’t know how to describe it, but it’s never lasted a minute with me.

Every time I travel to the Sunshine Coast, I have always enjoyed listening to Zinc96. Only recently with my new car have I been able to listen to Zinc with clear reception. But what is even better, is that you can stream it online!

Now I don’t listen to Zinc96 all day, I only ever listen to Jamie Dunn and the Zoo in the morning, which is from 6am to 10am. Jamie Dunn is the voice of popular tv personality “agro”. Jamie Dunn made Brisbane based B105 top of the charts when he worked in Brisbane. Since Sept 2006 he’s been running the breakfast show on Zinc.

Take a listen to Zinc 96 with Jamie Dunn and the Zinc Morning Zoo - you won’t be disappointed. They make me laugh every time I listen!

Did you see on tonights news (16/10) that Jamie Dunn is moving back to Brisbane’s 4BC. On a good day, you can pick up 4BC in Hervey Bay (1116 am).

Gee it’s a suprise too see someone living in Hervey Bay bagging what they have in their own backyard, it’s always greener over the fence, isn’t it.

Glenn, that’s not true.

I will openly admit that I cannot stand listening to the Morning shows on 101.9 SeaFM and the MixFM is JUST ok.

The SeaFM morning show has made me cringe for years. I use to listen to MixFM every morning for about 2 years, but I outgrew it, and I was really just listening to the music.

After Listening to Zinc & Jamie Dunn, I realised that wow, there is such a thing as clever, funny people on morning shows.

I see you work for the radio, perhaps you should be taking my post as constructive criticism, I know many people who agree with me.
