It seems that it is poor management that is the let down, other comments here on HJ’s official site.

22/12/2010 still awaiting a response from my complaint on their site for bad service and missing food from 17/12/2010 – because the phone rang and rang on the number listed for the Hbay site, even though it’[s advertised as 24/7 Fri- Sat nights.

Seriously rethinking my return to the Hbay store, might b that I drive an hour return trip to mboro – as the Hbay store has alot to be desired in terms of service and serving what you order…

If hungry Jacks HBaya’s service is so great then why did I not receive my triple cheese burger and one medium drink last night (17/12/2010), it’s pretty simple, but no they have to hand the orders over to be completed by someone else, it seems all too hard !!

This isn’t the first time this has happened either !!!!

Yep had maggot larvae in a burger from Brodies in 1997 ( have never gone back, Never even got a substantial apology !!!
